Hoover Exit Exam Policy
After completing the minimum 54 hours a candidate is elgible to take an exit exam after making arrangements with the instructor.
This should be done by e-mailing rtarealestate at g mail dot com.
Wait for confirmation via e-mail before considering it official.
Also your name should appear on the class notes schedule.
In the event the candidate does not pass the exit exam on the first attempt, additional test can be taken the last week of the month.
Again the candidates should confirm the exact date with the instructor via e-mail to assure that exams are available.
They are stored off campus.
After a third attempt at the test--- candidates are required to sit with the instructor for a review of the potential problems and outline a battle plan for continued studies.
After the third attempt in additional exams will be given only after the candidate has either
returned to class and covered the subjects suggested by the instructor or take the "Cram Course" from Yarlborough and Associates ( 822-9322) ($35).
We now have several practice test on the computers at the school and some have specific subject material.
When the student has shown accomplishment in mastering THESE TEST- another test can be admininistered.
The instructor sincerly wants to accomidate all candidates with passing the exam but the
exit exams takes about two hours of the instructor time and students need to realize that it is unfair to continue attempting to guess at the answers and taxing the instructors time and resources.
Each candidate is responsible for their own progress.
For the price of tuitionwe offer :
the 60 hours course ---the test book--the 30 page study guide---a multitude of computer test-- and invite candidates to continue to sit in the class as long as they need to
(within the one year) in order to pass the exam.
FOr outside assistance we offer the cram course through our parent company
plus recommend that you go to www. go amp dot com to read about their exam ($35?)
Another test tha stucents have found helpful is with conpuquiz dot com ($60).
Recently a student from another country took my 2 week day course and passed his exit exam although he spoke very poor english..
I knew he probably could not understand me well, so I ask him how he studied .
He simply said "I memorized the test book".
Enough said!
